About Me.
I'm Martin Wong, a digital creator passionate about tactical cinematics. I work mostly with Unreal Engine 5, Nuke, and motion capture, and have independently completed shorts like Goose Bay and Cut Off. I enjoy planning camera work, and bringing combat sequences to life through visual storytelling.
Growing up, I was obsessed with military games and films—especially how shots were composed and how teams moved tactically. I started learning Unreal Engine in high school, first just placing props, then diving into animation and lighting.
Goose Bay was my first full project, while Cut Off was the first time I really used mocap. Each film taught me something new, and I’m still exploring how to shape my own cinematic language—one frame at a time.
